The Battalion is closing!

So I've gotten to thinking, why am I even bothering to do this? I've put so much work into making a good community for people to enjoy, and to help make a positive impact on gaming in general. I never even wanted to do this, I just wanted to try out what being a leader is like. Now that I know the difficulties of being a leader, I'm closing up shop. Sorry! Now if you even for a moment believed what I just said, you must be new here. I'm Death by Mint, and I'm here to let you guys know that I've been hard at work with school, and preparing us for the next generation of gaming to come in The Battalion! I would also like to make a point to you guys of the lessons I've learned so far in this crazy journey I've brought you guys with me to. I've learned that with hard work, determination, and patience, your goals are just in front of you. All you need to do is start running. Never slow down, not even after you've completed your goals, never stop there. Keep going, there will always be bumpy passages you won't like taking. But each and every little thing you go through adds one more story to your destiny. Even though sometimes you may feel like what you're doing is just futile, that all the effort you put in isn't going towards anything, you're wrong. Everything you do to reach your goal is never in vain, if it doesn't work. Learn from it, and give it another go until it works. You have to have passion for what you're doing if you are going to be truly successful in what you're trying to do! You've never heard of someone who's accomplished something great that didn't care about what he/she is doing! From these things I've learned so far, I will continue to lead the fight to make your dent in the world! See the world how you want it in the future, see yourself being the one who makes those changes. Make it happen! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm also taking a moment to apologize to those who wanted to join the game night we had held for The Battalion that people form the public are allowed to join in. We wanted to have you guys in the game, but we were unable to see any people asking for invites until just recently (not sure what happened there). I'm thankful to everyone who is following me, it's great support for me, and it does NOT go without appreciation! For a while, I was debating this in my head. But I will just go ahead and ask, and quit the guessing games. Would any of you like to see how we wiill be running the games we will support in The Battalion? I was thinking of this often, and it's not been able to escape my thoughts for a while. Please give your thoughts about this as a reply in the thread!
