Couldn't agree more, teams have to communicate, its one thing I tend to always do a lot of and keep my eyes out for anything. Its a good thing to start getting everyone geared up for so we all do it second nature.

Incoming (incoming enemy area of effect attack.) Flank Left/Right (I will suppress, you maneuver as indicated.) Reloading (When needing to break suppression to reload. NOT for every time you reload.) Grenade (you're throwing a grenade--we'll fold enemy grenades under "incoming" for simplicity's sake.) Golden/Fist/Nova/etc. (You're activating your class Super) Medic/Corpsman (I've become a casualty. Please revive me.) I've got some more to add, but I first need to do a write-up about Military Operations in Urban Terrain so I can explain what they mean. Which is going to be a P in my A.
