Grimoire : Hall of Cuiosity [spoiler]Then: Darkness. An audible thud. "I thought this was your job" An augmented voice came through muffled. "I don't have arms." Another synthetic voice, more jovial this time. Light. A sliver broke through at first. Then the doors swung open billowing the dust and torn banners adorning the hall. Their insignias either burnt or lost to age. "We really should return to the Tower" "Ghost, nothing is gained without venture." In the gloom stood an Exo Warlock and his Ghost. Seeking answers and a place to share them. "I'll get the lights." With that, Ghost floated high above. The Exo examined a battered Frame laying against the wall. Lights flickerd and came to life. "There is a modest amount of Frames stored in the lower sections." Ghost came down and hovered by the newest tenant of this Tower in a very long time. "Good, there is much work to be done." Now. Within the hall Guardians walk about going from one section to another. Some discussed ideas, others quickly and quietly make their way, worried of an early discovery being made. Frames stand at attention giving out helpful advice about the University. Those first entering would have their eyes drawn upwards to the white banners hanging along the tall walls. An orb with a U underneath adorned them. At the far back wall a terminal stands gaining you attention. Curiosity draws you. Approaching it brings it to life. A few Guardians nearby stop to watch, mist just smile and continue on, everyone has seen it before. Light erupts and before stand the shimmering image of an Exo Warlock. His robes a series of mouldering flames. His Ghost a simmering star. With hands clasp behind his back he gave a short bow. "Hello and welcome Guardian, my name is Porcratus-7. You walk within these walls seeking answers. Hopefully I or others can provide them. Why me? Ikora, Cayde-6, Commander Zavala and Shaxx. Their focus is on the now. React and eliminate the threats against our city and the Traveller. They have little time for questions. The Speaker always has little to say. So someone needs to ask the question. What are we capable of? What can our Light do? I can only promise I will not become Exiled or Shatterd, not what I will find." The Exo gestures out through the main doors to the slumbering God resting above the city. "I will look behind and beneath every Star. With what I see, I shall share it with all who seek answers!" The hologram spread his arms wide to the whole room then faded away. A few claps and a cheer accompanied the departure but soon business returned to it's usual. Guardians about, looking for answers.
