From speculation, deduction and intense observation.
I have figure out the real time line of forum/internet life.
Like comparing a dogs lifespan with human lifespan.
3 - 4 hours: Half a day
6 -8 hours: A full day
Because of the nature of time zones and users from different countries:
6 - 8 hours one part of the world goes to sleep and the other wakes up.
24 hours is 3 days.
3 days is a week in forum life.
1 week is about 3-4 weeks, almost a full month.
3 months is a year, the next generation of new users show up every 3 months.
For those who have no life and check their phones every minute.
Everytime you check, forum life time is 30 minutes for every minute you check.
Those who are between no life and a life.
You check your phones every 10-30 minutes is equivalent to 1 hour on forum life.
11 pm Pacific time: Majority of US users go to sleep.
5 am Pacific time: They are awake along side with the British users.
So between 5 am to 11 pm are peak hours for forum activity.

So what exactly is implied here?
