This is an idea for the creation of a Fallen themed class for our Guardians. The class is only selectable if you choose your Race as Eliksni (Fallen), while also being the only available class to Eliksni.
I was thinking the name of the new class would be either Risen, or Redeemed. (Whereas the enemy Eliksni's are still known as Fallen)
Their class items would be called Capes. They'd be stylistic similar to Hunter cloaks, but minus the hood. Due to Eliksni having four arms, their extra arms will be part of their hit box, unless they have the Docked perk (see below) equipped. To account for their larger hit box, they will have slightly more base health.

EDIT: some minor balancing changes are on its way. Please check back later if you'd like. If there's anything you think should change, don't be afraid to point it out.
PRIVATEER EDIT: decreased starting amount of shots for Scorch Cannon from 5 to 3. Added a note regarding the lack of bonus armor while super is active.

yea needs ALOT more balancing and no recycled grenades but other then that good just need a good bit more health to compensate for larger hit box like you said id say what....(in pvp health wise normally you have 200 health) 20? 30? maybe even 50? idk

it would make sense to be an eliksni (fallen) because variks the homie even says not all that are fallen are lost yes or something like that meaning there could be good eliksni. also the traveler once visited the eliksni and virtually made them gaurdians so theres that too.

Of course, you would have to ignore major story elements to make this a reality. The Traveler seeing something within this solar systems sun, and then choosing to fight to protect humanity from the Darkness as opposed to fleeing. Humanity then, can (not coincidentally I'm guessing) wield the Traveler's light themselves. The Traveler likely foresaw this ability, and humanity as they key to overcoming the darkness, which is what the game is ultimately all about.

i'd love to choose a race besides boring humans (and slightly different colored humans, and robots that have the exact same figure as humans). With the fallen having sided with humanity before (house of wolves used to work for the queen, who I know isn't a human, but you know what I mean), and the cabal being sided with the fallen, and both being attacked by the Taken (and the cabal activly fighting the taken in their home turf), I think it's highly likely that bungie will pull a halo 2 and have Vex/Hive/Taken against Humanity/Cabal/Fallen, which would allow us to play as two other factions.

It bothers me enough that Bungie gave each new subclass two recycled grenades each (but maybe that's just me). I was trying to think of different jump abilities but I guess there really isn't any. Think horizontal blink thing is cool but it should only be on one subclass in my opinion. I like the new grenades; it'd be cool if the solar subclass had at least one. This would be so much better if... [spoiler]... Bungie actually took the advice of their consumers.[/spoiler] Overall it's great. Sorry for so much criticism with no suggestions for replacement perks. Edit: Just kidding, I have one idea. Give the Archon subclass a Stomp ability. Maybe as a melee but I'm not sure how well it would work in PvP.
