Musicals thread
I went to see the regional theatre group's production of Phantom of the Opera yesterday and found it to be really good
Has anyone else seen anything recently
Fun fact: the 2004 version of the play features Gerard Butler as the phantom

7 RepliesI haven't seem anything recently. I have bent fortunate enough to see a couple on Broadway years ago. The first was Cats, and the second was Phantom of the Opera. I also saw Beauty and the Beast at the Orpheum in Minneapolis. I'd like to take my wife to see Wicked in a Chicago soon.

That was fantastic, but while we were there we also saw The Lion King at Minskoff Theatre. I can't describe how amazing that was. If you have one thing to do in New York... Needless to say, that experience confirmed my undying love for theatre.
