Oh Canada...
tl;dr, the Canadian ex-Minister for Defence (he's now 90) has come out claiming that aliens exist, we've communicated with them, and there are dozens of species, including stereotypical 'greys', etc.
I'd like to imagine he doesn't just have dementia, but yeah...
Imagine though, if another legit whistleblower came out, revealing that this was all true; I think I'd shart myself; because the regular expression wouldn't be sufficient.
