This is really cool, it really makes me think what kind of life could possibly have existed in a time with water, would be nice to possibly find some indication of that life. I'd love to also see a fossil of a creature that may have once lived on the planet, assuming life on Mars evolved that far.

Space <3

There's also that Martian meteorite that was found in the Sahara. (Which proves that Mars could sustain life 2.1(?) billion years ago)

Cool.

Isn't Mars too far away for water to stay in liquid form?

I always found it funny how these three planets are in various stages in our solar system. Venus is like an early Earth, Earth is what it currently is now, and Mars is a dead Earth past it's prime.

This just reinforces the fact that Mars had water flowing on its surface. I wonder if there's actually a prehistoric civilisation on Mars that was lost.

The tru7h is that Mars used to be the main planet where Humanity evolved, but alas things turned grim as a total nuclear war started and the planet was reduced into this.

Hopefully in my life they will release an estimated history video of Mars in reverse; playing back from this red barren wasteland to a planet with water and (maybe) life.

I'd hate to be a buzz kill, but this only confirms what we already knew. Still pretty cool to wonder if Earth will eventually look like Mars one day.

Imagine finding the ruins of a city on Mars. That would be so cool.

That's pretty cool!

Amazing, simply amazing.
