Hey I'm new to this group and am wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out on Xbox one. I haven't really played much so you would have to show me the ropes. My gamer tag is HopefulSamurai so feel free to add me and I'll add you back, I usually play from 7-11pm central time every day. Lastly I have a couple questions:
1. What's the difference between the games on Xbox one, like the standard and arena and the third one?
2. What's the best way to earn money and start the game?

Edited by wojo55: 5/14/2016 12:30:28 AMNever been part of a group on b.net that wasn't cringy as hell. Just saying. Like I'd avoid projectanime and authors knights as all the do is virtual sex (-blam!-ing around but still wtf is wrong with you kids) and talked other things sexually related and sex jokes. I feel like only thirsty 13 year old join groups on here from my experience just like bulk of #offtopics users : ) Don't anyone take that last sentence too seriously

Best way to earn money? WELL Trading will rake the money in fast, but it gets tiresome very quickly. The tradeoff for increased profit is an absolute snoozefest of an activity. Bounty hunting currently sits in the middle, but fighting is always entertaining. Exploration takes a certain kind of person, and if you want it to pay you need high levels pf patience. The best way to earn money early on is to head for a Nav Beacon and shoot down wanted ships. Be wary of what you engage and when - unless you are a VERY proficient pilot, taking on an Anaconda in a sidewinder is suicide lol. This will change once the next big update lands; bulletin board missions will no longer be locked to rank, so will provide a means of making money for new CMDRs.

All great questions. So one of the advantages to the group is we have a lot of 'Mama Bears' that show people the ropes of whatever their chosen niche is. As you poke around our forums, you'll come to know our group's history and you'll see a lot of our tips and tricks for different ships/play styles. Check it out! My question to you is what drew you to Elite? Do you want to be a badass space bounty hunter, clearing the black of filthy criminals? Do you want to be a trader sitting in a millions of cred ship with millions more in your hold? Do you want to explore our Milky Way Galaxy, uncovering and discovering the beautiful star systems out there? What do you want to do?

Some of us play nightly, you should always find someone to wing up with As for your first question, arena only gives you access to CQC, and arena multiplayer thing. The other version is the full game. Overall, the best way to earn money is Slave trading, but to start it's easiest to team up in a hazardous resource extraction site and get some a few million pretty quickly to get yourself going. Once you have around 6 million options really open up.
