Looking to make a killer team

Hey guys I'm looking to get a consistent group together that plays around 9pm eastern time US on Xbox1. I main a Titan current light is 290-295. I'm a chill gamer/dad and mostly play for fun when I'm not taking care of the honey do list. Looking for gamers around the same light level that can laugh about screw ups over a beer and want to get a long term team together. If anyone is interested message me on live TetrisTimmy.
