Recruitment approach

Looking at all the posts in the clan forums it looks like some are into heavy advertising. Got me thinking on what our approach to recruiting should be? With only 100 slots you have to make a choice. Is it a free for all, or selective? Seems some are recruiting for specific activities, or to be the very best (yeah, we'll see how that goes). Far from looking for greener pastures, I'm really happy with the camaraderie and dynamic we've fostered so far without even starting the true game. But how would we want to fill the rest of the roster? Personally I like the idea of finding players in the game that seem fun to shoot with. If someone on a fire team gets good kill rates, has your back, and is fun to talk to, then I'd put them up for joining. On the other hand that's not how we got together in the first place and it seems to work. Your thoughts...
