Riddles of a New Fight

Hey guys. I have come to you today with a gigantic, juicy riddle for you to decrypt and solve. It is a MEGA first letter riddle. Shout outs go to LeagueOfChewitt, DieselD4444, and TableclothNinja for helping me out with this behemoth. I think you guys know how a first letter riddle works by now. If not: 1. How many have fallen at your hands? It does not matter. There is blood on your hands and it will not vanish. Where I exist, time is not a certainty. Hint 2: You have tried to claim me, Guardian, but my keeper can be... unruly. He knows no mercy, similar to I. You could liken me to those who reside below.
