  • Mission Statement

    Anyone with an interest in riddling is welcome. 1) Be respectful of others in the group wall. (We'd love it if you respected others outside the wall as well, however.) 2) No LFG or Spam of any kind in the group wall, unless specified by an admin (There should be an LFG post of some sort in the private section of this group's forum. If not, it's coming soon.) 3) We are here for riddling, so try to keep the chat as focused as possible on riddling-related conversation. If the chat is dead, meaningless chatter is okay, just don't clutter the chat with non-riddling things if someone is seeking feedback or the like. 4) If you aren't sure that a riddle will be well-received or you think the riddle may be faulty for whatever reason, ask me (Cadence) or an admin to review it (we have a rep to uphold, can't be shoveling out faulty riddles). I promise we won't guess, and if someone does, I'll kick them myself.

Chain Riddle (Trial Run)

I'm trying out a new type of riddle. It's a riddle with multiple parts, and each part will lead you to the next one. Not all of the parts will be Destiny related, but the final answer will be. This is just a trial run, so hopefully this goes well. Final answer in the same format as a first letter riddle: 1 ______ 2 ______ ... Final Answer: ______ 1 (Not from Destiny): [i]I am one of many. We were twelve, but now we are fewer, smaller. When you see my light, it will kill you, so I push you all away, though you are just trying to help me achieve my goal.[/i] Guessed by: Blowstuffup10164 Answer: A Halo ring 2 (Not from Destiny): [i]A box without hinges, key, or lid, yet golden treasure inside is hid. [/i] No, it's not an egg. It's from the series that the previous answer is from. Hint: Yes, I am golden inside, but I will not bring you wealth. This gold is for your enemies. The name of the one who gives me strength has been taken by another.[/i] This is something from Destiny that is similar to the previous answer.
