Solution to the obesity epidemic in america/mexico
Step 1: refuse disability for any weight associated problems
Step 2: Anyone considered obese has to get a special license plate
Step 3: Create special parking spaces for these obese people, that are as far from any food source as possible
Step 4: fine them if they dont park and walk to the food
Solves several issues at once, they get exercise, and if they dont park far away, they pay a fine that goes to cover their eventual medical costs.
