I'm always surprised whenever I come across 32s who can't handle relic. And I assume since the team is usually always 30+ killing atheon would be a breeze but sometimes it isn't cause they don't know what they're doing. ._.

I love using the relic. I've done vog normal four times now, hard atheon once. I'll always grab the relic if no one else indicates they want to. However the gatekeeper bit, still can't work that out. Every team I'm with just tells me what to do but not what's going on. I've watched some YouTube vids but I still can't work out why people go into the portals, and why it is sometimes one then two, sometimes someone goes into both at the same time.

Portals during the gatekeeper part? During that part, it depends on what strategy the group is going with. You first must understand the goal during that part. Both portals, one being in Mars and one being in Venus. The goal is to kill the gatekeeper in each portal, he will then drop the relic (he will always drop the relic at the top of the stairs opposite of the portal. So some go in and kill everything inside, kill the gatekeeper, one grabs the relic and cleanses the group and runs out with it. Some times this is done at the same time, with groups of two doing the same thing in both mars and Venus portal while having at least one outside each portal to prevent the praetorian that spawns outside to take over the portal and close it up for the teams inside. Then, (this is how my group does it) either two or three goes in one portal, I run up the stairs opposite to the portal where the gatekeep initially is and hide behind one of the pillars. While I'm getting in position, one or two that went in with me, shoots the gatekeep until he is almost dead. They quickly run out to defend the portal from taken over by the praetorian outside. I then turn around, locate the gatekeep that is by then I'm front of the portal and simply shoot him once or twice with my ice breaker, killing him and dropping the relic behind me. Grab that and run back out. Everyone then goes to the middle and another one does it for the other portal with me inside shooting the gatekeeper and killing the other enemies inside with my super and relic.
