thorn, invective exotic bounty help in so -blam!-ing sick of PvP
I have the 2 exotic bountys but I can't complete them because I am a useless PvP player add konvict217 and we can use the share play which is only ps4 mode I'm chat party
Thorn: Use Void Damage to defeat Guardians in the Crucible.
5+ points per kill 2- points per death = 500 points
Invective: Kill or assist is +1 point and a death is -1 points. Earn a total of 25 points. This can be done across multiple Crucible games.

I don't totally suck at PvP but I ain't that good. Got Invective done in about 4 games. It REALLY helps that assists count for that one. I used a blue fusion rifle for most of the Thorn one, that one took me two days of pretty long PvP sessions. Hunter, so no Void grenades or abilities. I didn't have my Atheon's Epilogue or Word of Crota at the time. Even though people were saying AE wasn't that great even before the auto rifle nerf, I found out today that I'm more of a rifle guy than a handcannon guy. Incidentally I feel like an idiot...I just finished my 25th strike today for my Bad Juju bounty and felt clever that I could be working on it at the same time as Invective. Till I realized that I needed something from Xur [b]before[/b] I get my 10000 Crucible points....not AFTER! nuts. Team Deathmatch worked better for me for Invective, while I played cheap and dirty on Control mostly for Thorn. Iron Banner is this week IIRC, might be a good time to go for them as most hardcore PvPers will be doing that instead of regular Crucible. Good luck!

6 RepliesJust stick with it. Piggy-back off one other guy on your fireteam. Assists count towards the goal. I really blew at PVP but you get better the more you play. I actually did this bounty in 1 control match. In the end I had a K/D of 3.30. Just get assists and it will be done in 5 or less matches ;)

5 RepliesUr lucky I've had the game since it came out and haven't gotten one exotic bounty also make a different character of another class learn how that class plays in crucible then go back on your other account and you will know that classes weakness I did this and made a 2ndary hunter never even use my 31 warlock in the crucible average about 19 kills per crucible and a 2.01 kd ratio try it hope this helps

2 RepliesIt's even easier now than it was. Before you needed the Atheon ep. Now you can beast it with word of Crota, sword breaker and many many heavy weapons with void. Do this bounty as a warlock void walker and all melee kills, supers and grenades count as void kills. You can pass the weapon after getting it to other characters. As a hunter it was longer and harder. Warlock was easy and took about 2 hours tops.

The invective bounty is easy since it can be done with any type of damage. The thorn one, you'll need a void machine gun, a void shotgun or fusion rifle, and preferably a void primary or subclass.
