Mercer. Corvo has nothing that could even damage Mercer. The guy survived a nuke.

That magic can't do anything to him. Mercer could take the identity of someone and then kill Corvo one hit. Mercer is pretty much unstoppable the game didn't do his powers justice.

He can't stop time for long and even if he did how could he kill Mercer? Mercer has the knowledge and memories of everyone he absorbed. He can easily out smart Corvo and move extremely fast. Corvo wouldn't know what hit him. This isn't a good fight because they are not on the same level.

Yes true but only for a small amount of time. And you cannot simply slit his throat as we learned in prototype 2
