I'm happy to use the relic but my highest is level 31 so I generally let the level 32 take it on Atheon hard. Weird though because sometimes they don't even want it. I read up about the relic and learnt the keys but in honesty, it's straightforward and easy to handle. On one normal raid, I was relic holder on every teleport as a level 27 (we had level 31s who all said they didn't know how to use it) and we finished it just fine. Weird thing is I haven't had any chances to use relic on Templar though, go figure.
