Lvl 32 is obtained via CROTA raid gear, some people would have got the game, maxed new vanguard gear and done crota to get this level.
Just because someone is 32 does not mean they have experience in all aspects of the game.
Apart from the exotic chest, why would they even play VOG if they got the game when the dark below was available?

It's a great raid, got my first Ghorn from it just the other week.

I still do VoG because there is 2 good chances at getting exotics and I still don't have Corrective Measure. Oh and I actually enjoy running through Atheon with an experience team.

I run VOG weekly because I also enjoy it. Doesn't change the fact that to a new player it seems counter intuitive to run a raid for lower LVL gear than they can buy from a vendor. A lot probably don't even know the quality of the VOG raid weapons.

That's true, you never find anyone running VoG for the armor.

Still need the fusion and hand cannon, going to be interesting if they do make a harder VOG

Because VOG weapons are still better then crota weapons. I would take my fatebringer over the word any day

Agreed. I have come across 32s, admittedly not good ones, who have never done the vog as the weapons are still 300.

And thats why you should have to run VOG to get to 30 not buy it from venders you should have to do VOG first get to 30 then you can run CE then after your 32 you can run the HoW raid and so on, so you dont miss out on the other raids it would also make it so only the best and highest leveled weapons can only be found in the raids
