Yup, rolled mine with firefly and field scout, still using it today.

The one the vanguard quartermaster had both of those stats. With the exception of final round, that gun was basically perfect.

Still my go-to weapon.

I went to use it the other day and I was pleased to see it still one shots level 30 dregs and thralls. You definitely feel the difference when you fight higher level stuff though.
