You do realise that being 31/32 in vog only affects you defence stat? Marginally at that.
Your damage is still capped at 30 so expecting the 31/32s in your team to out perform the 30s is just dumb, you should be sending the people with the best weapons for the job.

Wrong. You do way more damage at level 32 in VoG especially against Atheon.
-
No you don't, your damage is caped at the highest level of enemy in that given activity
-
So, your telling me, I do the same amount of damage as a level 26 in Vanguard Roc strikes? You just realised your 'THEORY' is wrong.

Edited by v InSaiyan v: 2/8/2015 10:05:17 AMYou can only ever do 100% damage to an enemy based on the base damage and impact on your gun, that means if you're lvl 30 you hit lvl 30 enemy's with 100% damage once you're 31 you still only do that same amount of damage. So yes, you do, the only difference being that as a 32 you are considerably harder to kill.

Don't know how it works exactly, but my level 31 does the same amount of damage in the hard VoG with a Fatebringer as a friend's 30 with a Fatebringer.
-
That's because the fatebringer is attack level 300, it maxes damage on level 30s. If you both tried it with a 331 weapon you will do more damage than your friend.
-
This weeks nightfall, me (32), my friend (31) both using maxed out 331 ice breakers and both doing exactly the same damage.

If you read my whole post, I am talking about level 30's as well. I mentioned 32s in the title as they are supposed to be the "highest levels".
