Skill is never indicated by gender. Give them time. Life will beat that shit out of them. My old warframe clan had some of the most dedicated and skilled female members ive seen in years and some even taught me a few tricks that have saved me a few times. But dont all put us in the same basket as a gender. There is a striking difference between men and boys like those you mention.
