I'm disgusted by suggestions of trading in this game. Trading is short-sighted and moronic at this point. Asking lucky players for their extras isn't going to improve the experience of destiny. Bungie needs to fix the loot system at it's core so you don't have to trade to get stuff.
So you know somebody who you play with who has 4 Gjallarhorns or whatever. You think you're gonna fix rng for everyone? Lmao, you just want to fix it for yourself. That doesn't help anybody else much and can cause problems when people don't want to trade.
Wouldn't it be cool to suggest a storyline quest that a player could do to earn the weapon or armor they wanted instead of milling around the tower and forums trying to trade instead of actually playing the game!?!
Hopefully not as difficult as xyor the unwed bounty where it's really hard without other people helping.
Trading may not have broken Borderlands 2, but that's because it was so easy to find a gun in the game you wouldn't ebay it. It's still lame to just have the shit handed to you because you got friends who already played and got extra.
Trading comes to destiny lmao: (pic)

Trading can be a cool activity in a game...but, a broken rng loot system is only going to lead to a broken and corrupt trading system that's going to cause serious problems. You just cant open up trading in a game where Items like Gjallarhorn are only sold in-game once in a period of about 5 months.
The only fair system is one where some type of credit is earned and players can eventually choose the weapon they want from a vendor. There is no way to get all the weapons in a week, and if you think so you are a dumbass. You can't even buy a piece of vanguard gear or weapon without ranking up to level 3 and earning two weeks of marks.
The only other fair way is to have quest items like murmur, the gauntlets, and the stranger's rifle etc.
RNG isn't ever going to fairly reward most people for time and effort and a trading system in this unfair climate would make this game a screaming kids drama scene bad.

Grimore score of 2600+ spent over 15 days playing it and end with like 5 no land beyond. There's gotta be a limit. People have paid for the game and expect to be rewarded with the best things. People want the experience every weapon. Hardcore players have spent over 1000hours playing it. They have nothing left to play for. Due to the poor reward system I think a trading system will be useful.
