Yep. In Crucible it did 3-32 precision damage which led to 192 damage in 2 shots, leaving you only needing 2.5 shots or some assist damage for a kill. Now with a 9.2% buff. It will just be 210 precision damage in 2 shots, which will most likely kill with just 2 shots. 2 shots of the Red Death equals the fire rate of 4 vex Mythoclast shots that equalled (I can't remember but it was only slightly higher than red death) precision damage. So with the new buff, Red Death will be more powerful than the vex mythoclast and will require less shots.
