Terrible damage to enemies and they only work from point blank range.

Aye, and now they make the range even shorter.... but they are buffing the damage. I am interested at seeing how it will work out.

They will sucks even more. I think short range damage is fine. They need a much greater range but with a damage drop off.

Yeah but Bungie feels like the PVP is crowded with shotguns because it has super range. XD
