Oh, but they can be used in raids. The Found Verdict ruins the minotaur in the VoG. You can also find a shotgun useful on the second bridge of Crota's End. I use the Secret Handshake.

Secret Handshake is a really good shotgun, only downside about it is lack of ammo. :)

That high fire rate is great, and yes, ammo can be a problem. But only because I'm killing everything!
