The Fallen tanks [i]way[/i] too long to kill! I ran into one by myself on the free roam mission and spent almost half an hour whittling it down. Not even Scarabs were that tough!
There are a few ways I can see to change this, like having a higher heavy weapon ammo capacity, or having the heavy weapons deal more damage, but the simplest solution seems to be just reduce the tank's health... by a lot. They'd still be offensive juggernauts but fighting them wouldn't be quite so tedious.
Of course, I have only fought two, so maybe it's not really a huge problem... though other people have expressed similar thoughts...

They don't take that long if you have decent gear and methodology. My biggest complaint about them is they're boring now. They have six legs and spin around? Why not have on spawn in the open and actually walk around terrorizing players, that would be interesting.
