OK, so I know the drives are used to upgrade Rare (blue) Sparrows to Legendary (purple), but does anyone know if they can be used on Legendary just to change the color of the stream? Example: Can I use a Stealth drive on my Tumbler? I'm tempted to just try it for myself sometime, I've got plenty of strange coins, but I'd rather not waste them if it doesn't work.
