The biggest reason I don't raid, and only have two raid completions

EDIT: Putting at the top so you read this first. This post contains my opinions and feelings towards raiding and the game as a whole. I know other people feel differently, and everyone enjoys games in their own way that suits them. There is nothing wrong with that. There is nothing wrong with anyone experiencing any game in whatever way they want. This post was mostly inspired by the elitist who tell me having only two raid completions invalidates any opinion I have about Destiny. To get a couple things out of the way first, I've been playing since two weeks after release but did not have the chance to do a raid (VoG included) until after Dark Below hit due to a number of reasons that kept me from playing Destiny a lot (death in the immediate family, work, and other games I wanted to play more than Destiny coming out around the same time, if you're curious). I actually didn't even have the chance to hit 30 until right after Christmas. So let's cover the reasons why I would raid: - For an interesting challenge - A new and interesting gameplay and/or narrative experience. This also has to do with why I cut back to once a week for Destiny after binging it when Dark Below hit. I have done everything in the game enough times for it to have no challenge at all, and it only takes 1 time on any story mission/strike to exhaust any new interesting gameplay or narrative content. So why didn't I do the same with the raids? Well by the time I got the chance to run through them both, everyone had done them enough times to be able to tell me exactly what to do, and how to get it done easily. There goes any challenge. And like I said before it only takes going through something once to exhaust the new gameplay and narrative aspects. So there you go, I would get nothing worthwhile out of raiding over and over. And before you say it, no I do not consider new gear to be worthwhile gameplay or narrative content. There are games that I can consistently replay and revisit over the years, for example I lost count of how many times I've played through Dragon Age: Origins or any Elder Scrolls game. But nothing about Destiny's world and narrative is interesting or varied enough to make me want to experience it multiple times.
