I update drivers and install official software that lets me force open the box. That doesn't work. So I dig through pages of a Google search looking for answers, and find a third party software destined to force open the box. That also doesn't work. I boot up the original software, force quit the box from existence, and then uninstall the drivers and software. I go back to playing video games.
