In my 29 years living in Canada, I have never seen a bag of milk in person.

I had never seen milk not in a bag until I was 13

Bags are used in Ontario. I'm in Alberta now, and it gets weird when I get home and see the bags.

Ha! No that's a myth. We drink our milk out of cartons and jugs. I saw bagged milk at McDonald's but that was for filling up the ice cream machine!
