I have been apart of a few teams that have [b]carried[/b] multiple lvl 31 guardians through the raid. If we are talking about just the crota checkpoint then having a couple of 31s really isn't that bad as long as they have leveled weapons. The current strats using the ledge for that fight make it easy for everyone to not die. The same strat makes it simple for all 5 people to dps crota at once so bringing him down with 31s really isn't horrible. However the rest of the raid is a real struggle with 31s especially at the bridge where 31s get destroyed very quickly by all the enemies. The struggle is real and I can't blame anyone for choosing to have all 32s in their fire team. You are [b]not [/b]entitled to do the hard raid on your 31 just because you beat it a few times. Teams looking for only 32s is not closed minded nor an elitst attitude it's simply the best strategy to actually complete the raid the quickest. I don't care who you are how skilled you may be , being 2 levels below all the enemies is not good for the team and you are indeed getting carried. Yes I do recognize there are some 32s who lack skill and get carried too. But that is not a good excuse for 31s to think they deserve to be included in the hard raid. My suggestion is stick to the normal raid with the 31 hunter until you get it to 32. But seeing as you are on xbox 360, there is a streamer on twitch http://www.twitch.tv/deftdel who helps two 31s each time through the hard raid a few times a week You should check him out you may be able to get your hunter through hard raid.

I agree with you. Most people mistake luck with RNG for skill. Here is an example. Player 1 finishes the raid ten times on easy mode and has a completion time average of 45 mins and still gets stuck at 31 because of RNG. Player 2 completes the raid 4 times on easy mode with a completion time average of 2 hours and is lucky with RNG and makes 32. Player 2 then takes to the forums to berate Player 1 oh how much of a scrub he or she is for not making 32 and how much they suck even though Player 2 takes longer to complete raids and dies more often. Same idiotic approach people take when it comes to "Earning" Exotics through RNG instead of buying from Xur. But the again this is due to Activision's Favorite Key Demographic of 12-18 yr olds making up 30% of the community and another considerable amount of the community that has the maturity and intelligence of said demographic.

We did crota hard with 5 31s and a 32 sword bearer. Beat him in less than 10 mins. Anyone that wants 32 only sucks black dick.

Last night we had 3 31's. Easiest hard raid ever. It's all about skill ladies. But your elitism is precious.

All I'm saying is that there is a random chance of you not noticing an incoming boomer shot or you get stuck for a second by a little glitch and ogre lasers you, but a 32 could have avoided that death twice, you see where I'm going with this?

Here's the issue, there are bound to be an even percentage of bad players for each level. So the idea of bad 32 is bogus, because 32 are just as likely to find a bad 31. Second, you can not change facts, you simply can not take as much damage as a 32, not can you dish it out. Did the hard Crota raid yesterday. We had one 31. We wiped twice because he died right at the end. Love the kid to death, but the fact is, as a 31 he wasn't able to tank the damages that are a matter of fact. Before you say he was bad, did the raid again with some alts, he switched to a 32. We beat crota without a problem. Numbers don't lie, people do.

What's funny is that I was just with a group last night that beat Crota on hard. We had TWO 31s and still kicked his ass. The best part was that, on our first run, all of us were killed just before or after downing Ir Ut except for one of the 31s and he cleared out the place with an Icebreaker, Song of Ir Ut & an Abyss Defiant (all maxed out) [i]solo[/i]. Yes, I said [i]SOLO[/i] (it was awesome fun to watch). After an hour of dealing with glitches and figuring out a working strategy, the final run had that 31 killed (we just said [i]'F*ck it. Keep going'[/i]), then, after ogres, one of the [i]32s [/i]killed (we just said [i]'F*ck it. Keep going'[/i]) & then the final four of us taking down Crota (remember, one of them was a 31, as well). It was EPIC and so much fun. So anyone saying 31s can't do the raid, take it from someone who's seen the truth first hand--you don't know what the f*ck you're talking about. A team of great players, regardless of light level, can do anything.

What system? And your medal score says you haven't been playing since day one. No reason to lie. Example, I have a medal score of 1 million, you have 90,000. Also, the fact that you snipe boomers on hard mode says you are inexperienced. Either way, I'll still help.
