How d'you know it came off the disk, when it's impossible to play Destiny offline, and it's impossible to play online without all the updates, including the Crota content pack?

Because people were able to go in there and explore it. Check youtube for more places.

This is old news man, If you dig deep in forums you will find all this and if you google for it too. This was discovered back in mid October if my memory serves me correctly. It was about a month after the game came out, before the DLC obviously, which was in December.

what he's saying is that he content is on the servers. Not the disk. Have you noticed how most of the game downloading when you bought it was just Destiny server updates? There's never a system disk update because it's not on the disk. The servers hold all of the information of course! Why would they block off something that they are about to re open? Btw I completely agree that Activision and Bungie fuked us on the ass though

Wrong the servers only hold your character information. The level maps themselves are on the disk or installed on the PS4 in form of update.

So how d'you know if the level came from the disk, or came from the ~2GB of updates?

It doesn't really matter, because as long as it was there at release in the form of an Update or came with your Disk as download, it simply means the assets are there and already been made. Too bad people don't realize this, and go on thinking when you paid for the full game, that you actually got the full game.

Why d'you think you're entitled to everything that was made by the date you purchased? If you buy NHL 2015, does that entitle you to half of NHL 2016? After all, half of NHL 2016 is already made.
