No we call it those the same things except for Quebec toast but we also have maple flavored bacon... And I've put maple syrup on everything from cereal, ice cream, cake to steak Eh

If done both with the steak but cooking I've just done the maple extract of flavoring not the real syrup also it's really good if you make some dessert bannock
