Ok then why are there no enemies in that area, why can't I acess the new strikes and raids even if i go onto my computer and unlock the files. Why can't I hack myself some new weapons?
Answer: BECAUSE BARELY ANY OF IT IS ON THE DISC.

Actually none of it is it is all on the destiny servers and the disc grants access to the servers
