What do you guys think of this!? I've been noticing a HUGE decline in my friends who play Destiny still! Most of my REAL LIFE friends all stopped playing except me and others whom I met online have quit as well! Two of my old clans have vanished! My friends list slashed in half!
EDIT: out of my old clan and 182 friends on PSN, all of which used to play destiny, there are 72 online and 2 of them are playing Destiny! So if this trend continues its going to be slim pickens! I feel like its getting worse by the day! **PLEASE BUMP THIS UP so Bungie will see this!***
Why do you think players are quitting? Do you know of anyone else who has quit? Chime in let us know why you will quit playing or not? Cheers!

I quit because there weren't enough animals to -blam!-
-
Yeah that's how my friends list is, most of them from destiny lfg. A couple months ago I'd look on my list and at least 90% of people on were playing destiny, now it's literally 1 or 2 people out of 50 online. I'm ok with it tho cause I'm one of those not playing anymore lolol
-
everyday I find more and more reason to not play, it sucks because I love this game and I don't want to put it down but damn they need to roll out the new content. I've also notice that my friends list went from 3/4 on destiny to maybe 5 on at most now.
-
They need to release house of wolves FAST or else they will have no players left to play it
-
OP LIES! You don't have friends silly!!
-
Bloodborne for me

I don't think it's so much quittting as it is just putting the game on pause until HOW comes out. There's an extreme lack of content in this game when compared to other games of its type. Too much recycled content and not enough of an incentive to continue to play it constantly. I myself have hardly touched destiny this week and I still love the grind (you can thank Borderlands The Handsome Collection) If your looking for a clan that's still together mine is looking for more people as we have swept out the inactive players. We're called "The Game Changers" and it's mainly PS4. So if your on Xbox sorry, but if your on PSN then add me and I'll get you in it. My PSN is THA_KILLA_BADASS

Just taking a break, cracking into some gta V and black ops 2 :)
-
I've done everything. I'm bored AF.
-
I won't quit since this is my favorite PvP shooter, but most of my time will be going into MLB The Show 15. It comes out on Tuesday and I can't wait!
-
This game is just made of jumping up and down with a shotgun. All of the other weapons except maybe hawkmoon and thorn are obselete
-
I haven't quit, I'm just waiting for HoW. As someone who has all exotic weapons and armor for all 3 classes, there's nothing to do.
-
Players aren't quitting, just waiting for HoW to release.
-
No game has ever maintained its full player base long term. People quit games, it's a fact. Doesn't mean Destiny is dying. I still have no trouble finding people to raid with. If the day comes you have to wait ten minutes to be matched up with two other players for a strike then you could say the game is in danger.
-
Lack of content.
-
I just have armor and the guns I wanted, having a break untill I come back when the next dlc comes out

Gta v

I've noticed a drop off in players for sure , but quality remains . Pick up groups tend to know what there doing . Unlike before when every monkey and its maid was failing miserably

Got bored of slogging through the game for little or no reward. For weeks now I've had no legendary, let alone exotic, nightfall rewards. I get nothing I need from Raids; despite needing a helmet and a chest piece I always get gauntlets. Always. The exotic chest in VoG ALWAYS gives me shards. Like, always. 3 times a week, every week. I have millions of -blam!-ing shards. Last 2 iron banner I've played through to level 5 and not had a single drop (and only saw a couple of people get drops in those games too. Thousands of players in hundreds of games. 2 drops!). How many purple engrams have you had drop recently? I've had maybe 2 in the past couple months. Bungie have deliberately slowed the drop rate, the xp rates (such as Cryptarch), the reward rate, and fiddled the RNG to give less of the higher tier rewards, all in an attempt to slow player progress, and what they've actually done is make people really -blam!-ing bored. They -blam!-ed up badly. They should have been introducing new gear, weapons, new missions, every few weeks, and they haven't done so. They rely instead on slowing down player progress and that is why, just in the past couple of weeks alone, everyone I know has quit, myself included. Anyone got any tips for me on Dragon Age Inquisition?

Bordom and there are new games out. So destiny is on the back burner until HoW comes out.
-
Almost none of my clan plays anymore, from 23 down to ~4
-
The same reason why I am hardly playing anymore. No new content. I have nothing else to do until HoW so just playing another game until then. I still raid and help people through raids, but that's about it.
-
Because there is scarce content. Nothing exciting.
-
Lost all enjoyment from it now, while I was battling all the damn Crota glitches last night I realised I really need to take a break from this shit. Not saying I'm quitting but I think I'm going to cut back my play time. It's a great game but it's now really starting to wear thin.
-
Because of: Borderlands, Bloodborne, Dark Souls 2. The Witcher 3 soon. Will start playing again when HoW comes out :)
-
I'm out of things to do. That's the only reason. Had how not been delayed Id still be hitting it hard. Now I just help buddies. Not as much fun. But still good. How need to come out now.
