Is Far Cry 4 any good?

I've been thinking about picking up another game and since Far Cry 4 is on sale.... I'm a fan of shooters and open world rpg/MMOs. I've not played the other far cry games but this looks interesting. Thoughts?

For some reason, ppl are saying FC4 is a reskinned FC3. It ain't. It's an epic game with shitloads of stuff to do. Just buy it.
