Very true, but I believe at some point the aoe will out damage wolf pack rounds. And it is more likely that people have the dragons breath considering it has been sold twice. Both are very viable

Edited by AyyLmao: 2/5/2015 4:28:11 AMThe problem with the solar grenades is enemies move. Unless you got Atheon into a corner then I guess it could do a lot of damage. Plus Wolf pack rounds pack a punch a 331 Ghorn on a level 30 enemy they do 255 damage each round. And if I recall there are about 6 or 7 of them so that's 1530 or 1785 extra damage on top of the inital explosion. Solar grenades do about 100 something damage and last 5 seconds. Either way I can't see it doing more damage than the wolf pack rounds.

True. I'm not sure. You are probably right, seeing as I don't have a gjallarhorn. right after Times Vengeance atheon stands still for a bit so I think maybe it would be practical for that, you know?

Yeah but he'll move and then the solar grenade is pretty much pointless. With wolf pack rounds there isn't much dodging.
