How no? You can get any of that stuff he listed, besides the raid specific weapons, for just randomly killing the right trash mob on patrol...I had to grind out Dead Orbit to Rank 15 to get my Hanged Man and it's the one shader I've wanted for months now PLUS there are some people who are much higher in Dead Orbit rank and haven't gotten any of the shaders. Not to mention the fact that many people have all of those guns he listed, the only one I want out of his list is Red Death.
