Op is so mad he doesn't have a Gjallarhorn that he made himself believe the Dragon's Breath is almost as good.
Any Launcher with Tracking = better than DB.

I like non-tracking rockets in some cases. My Hunger Of Crota and Truth like to track into walls and pillars a lot, I wish they had a free aim option.

in the OP's instances, the lack of tracking is actually a benefit. You dont have to worry about the DB accidentally exploding in your face because it locked on to a thrall behind you. also, it lands where you aim which is useful for running mobs out of the room

If you're good you don't need tracking. (Yes I know, I have a few tracking launchers, but I still use DB and others) know how to aim/shoot and you don't need tracking
