When they stop bringing blue gear into Raids.
When they stop using The Last Word at Atheon.
When they stop shooting rockets inside detainment bubbles
When they stop running out of sniper ammo at templar
When they stop running out of purple ammo synths at Crota
When they stop trying to melee Archon Priest
When they stop asking stupid questions
When they can say "I remember when X used to be Y"
When they experience a "Queens Wrath"
I can do this all day. A simpler answer would be when they feel the rage of a purple engram decrypting into blue crap.
In other words. Never. They will always be Christmas noobs. The first class of many.
