For anyone who says Dark souls/Demon's Souls Call of Duty 3 and World at War on Veteran mode. Good luck rushing past the monster closet with 5 grenade indicators + Grossly bullshit AI. In 2006, Call of Duty 3 took the award for Hardest game, due to the AI's Psychic abilities and grenades. WaW in the Japanese Campaign wasn't much better. That's in recent memory though.
