Exotics help yes, but for most of the rips all you need is a good shotgun and/or fusion rifle. The only exotic you should be using for pvp should be the primary for most classes. EX: HAwkmoonOP, Suros Reignsoveryou, Vex Mythokill, and The Last Word Specials: They should only be used in situations like during control or when you have a good idea of where your enemy is. Too many times I've seen enemies rush at me with a shotgun from across the map and die. As for exotics, the honestly don't matter as much. The Patience and time and plan c are definitely the best for specials tho Heavy: Memorize the ammo spawn location, Camp the ammo, and also when you do get the heavy ammo, don't just charge into the fight.
