Titans have Ruin Wings so Gjallarhorn's are basically a primary for them.

Nothing like spamming rockets like it's auto rifle ammo.

I haven't maxed out Ruin Wings; does it really drop often? I was thinking of pairing that with Corrective Measure, let the Heavy rain down, then switch up and collect.

When it works, yeah there are heavy ammo drops all over the place and each one gives you more heavy ammo than normal. But it seems to proc sporadically so you'll go through some dry spells.
