The captain major that spawns in the 3rd wave right before the spider tank, spawned in unrendered and without hit detection not sure about collision itself since I didn't think about trying to walk through it but the mesh was immobile and unrendered which was weird. This is the first it's happened to me so I doubt it's a very prominent issue for people but it was definitely an interesting thing to see.
