  • can't figure out how I'd want them to play out, but I feel like Titans will get a sustained solar super, Hunters an instant void super, and Warlocks a sustained arc super

    • I would get titan to have a taunt so enemies shoot at them but they get great damage reduction. Warlocks could get an arc lightning tether that provides over shield to those it touches (think of medic from tf2) and hunters get a bow shot that debuffs enemies shot by it. What do you think?

    • Void hunter: The super would be called whiplash when activated multiple strands of.void energy grow out of the hunter in all directions and attack any enemies within reach.

        Ran out of room on my other topic so I'll just continue here. For the Hunter Sub-Class, check the earlier posts. WARLOCK CLASS[/b] [u]Storm Bringer[/u] So before I go into this, let's all agree that Destiny is lacking in support classes. This class is meant to assist in fixing that, but still has secondary capabilities. It is used as a "Jack of all Trades, Yet Master of None." [u]Grenades[/u] [i]Health Grenade[/i] Can be thrown at self or allies to immediately trigger health regeneration. NO effect on enemies. Simply staggers them but does not heal them. [i]Arc wave Grenade[/i] Grenade explodes on impact and sends lightning arcing across the ground. Wide range but medium damage. Best used to find targets around corners by using the damage counters. [i]Juggernaut Grenade[/i] Grants you and allies an over shield and slight damage boost to all traits and weapons. Lasts about 7 seconds. [u]Glide [/u] [i]Better control [/i] [i]Hover [/i] Basically makes you stay in the air for extended periods of time. Allows you to remain immobile while gliding. Doesn't sound like much but can be incredibly useful in the right situations. [i]Blink[/i] [u]Melee Ability[/u] [b]Blinding Light[/b] Upon use, lightning arcs around your hand and thunder cracks. Melee ability does medium damage but immediately blinds the target. In PvP it would have the same effect as a flash bang Grenade on the titan. In PvE, it's equivalent to the Helm of the Saint-14. [u]Melee Upgrades [/u] [i]Healing Palms [/i] Triggers health regeneration upon hit, not kill. [i]Light the Way[/i] Spawns 2 Orbs of light for allies upon kill. [i]Fireteam's Favorite [/i] Upon kill with Blinding Light, all members on your Fireteam (excluding you) get an over shield, equivalent to the flame shield on the Sunsinger Warlock. PvP it would be decent, quite helpful actually, and in PvE it could save lives. [b] Supercharge [/b] This super will be completely changeable. It alters between doing damage, healing/ buffing,and something else which you'll see below. [u] Tempest [/u] Your Fireteam is pinned down, shields are draining, and your health won't be far behind it. You all look to the only warlock in your group, praying for a miracle. She looks to the skies, palms raised as a white light emanates from her hands. Lightning strikes around her. The question is, what form of Nature's rage did she call in? [i]Lightning Storm[/i] The Warlock calls down a massive storm cloud. Winds howl, damaging rain lashes at your enemy's shields, and lightning strikes those who linger. Enemies who stay in the AOE briefly can still make it out with minimal damage, but staying in it for more than 3 seconds will increase the chances of them getting struck by lightning exponentially. In PvP, getting struck by the lightning equals instant death. Supers will have no effect on the cloud of death itself, however a Ward of Dawn will easily be able to withstand the wrath . [b]Super Upgrades [/b] [u]Zeus' Fury[/u] Further increases the chances of lightning striking intruders. And when I say further increase the chances, I mean if you are in there for more than 2 seconds you're gone. [u]Healing Rains [/u] Allies underneath the Lightning Storm will be affected by the buff "Healing Rains". While under this effect, health Regenerates continuously, even stacking to create a medium over shield. [u]Sacrificial Bolt[/u] Okay read this carefully. It will sound over powered but it can be countered. Upon activation, the Warlock calls in no storm, but instead raises her hands to the sky in a 5 second animation in which the warlock has no extra damage resistance. This animation shows the Warlock mustering all her strength into raw power. She finally finishes the animation and calls down lightning which strikes her and all of her fallen Comrade's Ghosts, raising them from death. If the Warlock has full shields, it drains them until she's in the red. If she has a red health bar, it kills her. [b][i][u]EDIT: 2/11[/u][/i][/b] [b]Additional upgrades[/b] [u]Tier 1[/u] [i]Now You See Me[/i] Enemies remain blind longer after the use of Blinding Light. [i]Disruptor[/i] All Grenades will slow enemy movement [i]Amplified[/i] All AOE abilities have a wider range. [u]Tier 2 [/u] [i]Lucky throw[/i] After grenade hit, you have a chance to reset the charge time of your grenade. [i]Insert cool name here[/i] Orbs of light decrease charge time for all abilities. [i]Ability Mastery[/i] Increase over all effectiveness of all Grenades and increase range of Blinding Light Okay so I know what you're thinking, this class is either over powered or underpowered so let me explain how it balances. The super upgrade that revives teammates is probably the biggest concern. The way this balances out is that in PvP, it's a 5 second animation, and the warlock is completely vulnerable. Also, when activated, the screen will go dark so everyone knows "Sweet God find the warlock." In PvE, the warlock has to be safe or she's screwed. Plus for those of you thinking it is underpowered, it's a support class and imagine these abilities in a Hard Raid. Anyway, I'll address all concerns on the comments. Don't forget to check out the Hunter Sub-Class below! Titan is coming soon so be ready. I think you'll enjoy it.

        • Hunter needs void and the Trapper idea is underpowered so another ranged attack similar to gunslinger seems improbable. Possibly a super similar to Radiance without the self-revive (increased everything).

        • Titans need a solar subclass that gives them a solar blade similar to blade dancer but with a flaming katana. Would be yhe most badass thing ever. Warlocks need an arc class that gives them healing bubbles similar to ward of dawn but not as long lasting and with stronger effects. Weapon boost would be way stronger but last for a shorter duration. If they dont get bubbles they need something like a Nova bomb or giant pulse gernade that regens health continuously kinda like the radiance perk. Hunters definitely need a defensive subclass. Void defender type. No bubbles. Just fancy force barriers with weapons and blessing of light. Last as long as blade dancer. Subclass also adds to base defense stats making the hunter less squishy.

Vengeance of the gods: A bolt of lightning rains down from the sky and creates a shock wave when it hits, electrocuting enemies in its radius 3. Invisible energy: An invisible grenade, which only you and allies can see, tracks enemies and shocks enemies that get hit Glide: 1. Focused burst: Upgrades glide for an initial boost of speed 2. Focused control: Upgrades glide for more directional control in the air 3. Ark fly: Become an orb of ark energy and fly to new heights. Super: Ark ray: Gain x-ray vision and damage enemies that you target 1. Rodeo: Heal allies that you target 2. Ricochet: Gain health when damaging an enemy with ark ray 3. Inner soul: enemies killed with ark ray will explode Shock: A melee attack which causes considerable damage to enemies 1. Sure fact: Continuously damages the enemy hit by shock 2. Vampire: Steal the health of the enemy you damaged 3. Vengeance: Damaging an enemy with scorch gives you a short damage boost -Row 5 same as other subclasses Row 1 for special perks: 1. Above god: Ark fly lasts longer 2. Purify: Gain more super energy from killing minions of the darkness 3. Dark days: Become invisible while using ark ray -Row 7 same as other subclasses Row 2 for special perks: 1. Gifted: Gain an additional grenade 2. Inner soul: Killing an enemy with any of your abilities creates a small shock wave 3. Light beyond: gain more super energy when picking up orbs of light

          Warlock Arc Thunderclap The warlock creates a thunderstorm in both hands and claps them together to create a trail of destruction. This will deplete any enemies shields (void, arc, solar) and cause the enemy to be disoriented by the blast. Titan Solar Dying sun Allows the Titan to gain movement speed and use both fists to punch and kill enemies. When a enemy is killed they explode causing damage to nearby enemies. This can chain. After the super runs out the Titan smashes his fists together making a large explosion. Hunter Void God send Allows you to revive enemies from a distance or cause continuous damage to a opponent from a distance via aiming where the void lies with your weapon. Looking at a enemy while ads or looking at an ally while ads. Lol idk if these are good. I think the warlock could be better. Let me know what you think think!

        • I would do a void hunter and his super would be a bow and arrow. It much like golden dun would have only three shots but when your target is hit they are impaled on the nearest wall (you can impale up to 3 guardians with a single arrow.) Also different would be that it is in 3rd person view so you could see the sheer awesome of your guy, covered in purple tendrils of this strange element. This would also make the Hunter super less OP. It would have a decent reticule but since you can't aim in it will require you to take time with your shots. To counteract this shortcoming, the user is granted a couple extra seconds on the super.

        • The Titan solar subclass would have a super that throws firebolts onto wall as traps and when enemies walk through it they take massive damage and are slowed down

          Sunsinger - besides decreased cd on abilities, give immolation so that any enemies surrounding the warlock take on damage. Maybe as an exotic? Nova bomb's shatter - instead of three orbs, give more orbs that aggressively track all enemies on screen. Like wolf pack rounds, but no aoe. Arc Class for warlock ARC super ability - warlock turns into a blue version of sunsinger and in third person view, you can still shoot your weapon (no actual damage increase), but similar to death from above perk for Titan's striker class, you can immediately aim toward an enemy, turn into lightning and immediately damage/kill your enemy, moving then to their spot in the process - like a lightning bolt. The farther you are, the more super you use, allowing in turn an escape component for PvE match ups. Think of Storm Spirit from Dota. Melee - Voidwalker surge would work here IMO as base, different modifiers will be considered here. Grenades: 1. Typical arc grenade that is for area of denial. 2. Another grenade that does immediate damage 3. A grenade that can be planted and discharged at will.

        • Artillery Titan. Super summons a slow moving tank captained by the Titan. Mind Stealer Warlock. Super causes target to act erratically for a set amount of time, a few seconds for guardians or bosses, longer for lower tier enemies. Players and enemies run fire and jump in random directions. Beast Master Hunter. Super summons three thralls to attack target, or can upgrade to send one cursed thrall. I know these suck but I came up with them on the spot.

        • Solar Titan: Knight (Is the pen mightier than the sword? We beg to differ...) Sacred Fire: Summon a sword bathed in solar light. (Mechanics same as wielding an ascendant sword.) Arc Warlock: Stargazer (Gaze into the limitless power of a thousand million stars) Wrath of Osiris: Incase yourself in Arclight and shoot your enemies with lightning from your hands. Getting hit with a non-super melee deals back equal damage to opponent. Void Hunter: VoidStalker (We work in the dark to serve the light.) Ward of Dusk: Place a circle of Void light around you. Allies get a damage resistant buff and enemies get blinded and slower movement speed while standing on the Ward. (Similar in design as the Wizard Vestiges)

          • Hunter: Void Ranger Super- Bow of Void-- shoot an arrow of void at and through targets Upgrades include: 1.) holding super down longer shoots arrow faster and more powerful (able to pierce through more targets, can only hold until the super meter runs out) 2.) adding a small explosive effect when the arrow lands on its final target 3.) arrow shot can bounce off surfaces Warlock: Arcmage Super- Shockstruck-- shoot three lightning bolts from your hands to insta kill three targets (like golden gun, but converted to arc and warlock style) Upgrades include: 1.) lightning pierces through targets and travels further 2.) lightning has a chain effect (severely damage guardians in crucible, but would not kill them) 3.) precision kills with shockstruck causes aftermath (from fist of havoc) Titan: Beserker Super- Solar Forged-- fire consumes you as you rage across the frontline, three hit combo melee based (arcblade themed for titan) Combo includes- right punch, then knee, then left elbow. Upgrades include: 1.) fourth hit in the form of a tackle that deals massive damage, but ends the super 2.) area of effect damage of fire 3.) targets stuck take massive burn damage over time Thoughts?

            Titan- Sunforged- Dramatically slows down Titan movement, but supplies them with an overshield and a minigun. Upgrade 1- Steadfast- Dramatically increases overshield's capacity, but slows down Titan [i]even more[/i] Upgrade 2- Burner of worlds- Kills while Sunforged is active causes target to explode Upgrade 3- Nomad- Dramatically decreases speed debuff, but lowers overshield strength Warlock- Electricutioner- Fire 3 bolts of arc lightning (individual shots, similar to Golden Gun) that chain to nearby enemies Upgrade 1- Grasp- extends reach of arc lightning, allowing bolts to chain to enemies further apart Upgrade 2- Lightning speed- dramatically increases warlock's speed while Electricutioner is active Upgrade 3- Wings of Zeus- Dramatically increases effectiveness of Glide while Epectricutioner is active Hunter- Voidfang Bolt- Provides Hunter with a large Void sniper with a single shot. The shot from this sniper penetrates targets, and causes lingering DoT Void clouds where victims are hit. Upgrade 1- Soul Swallower- Increases size and deadliness of DoT clouds Upgrade 2- Last Breath- Causes the last victim of Voidfang Bolt to explode violently Upgrade 3- Sharpshooter- Hitting a precision hit with Voidfang Bolt provides a second shot.               Hunter void class: [b]Voidfletcher[/b] [i]An archer in the shadows, waiting for the right time to str--[/i] Super - [b]Void Strike[/b] The guardian leaps up into the air, generates a bow, and shoots an arrow of void light to the ground, causing a shock wave and creating a trap that blinds enemies and continually sends out damaging pulses for 10 seconds. [b]Grenades[/b] Raining bolt grenade When thrown, this grenade explodes into a series of bolts that fly up and rain down on anything underneath. Not a ton of damage dealt by individual ones but can be devastating if all of them hit. Backstab grenade This grenade explodes into multiple daggers that all eject out in a circular formation, stunning any enemy that they hit. Chainbolt grenade Sticks to enemies and if struck on a weak point, a bolt is sent out to chain attacks on multiple enemies at once. Melee - [b]Void Dart[/b] Shoots out a rope dart of void light to either pull enemies towards you or you towards them, depending on the size of the enemy (e.g. using it on bosses will always pull you towards them). Regular melee attacks deal double damage if used immediately after using Void Dart. Void Dart can also be used to latch onto and to pull yourself up onto ledges, and is much better for climbing walls that you could not get up to by jumping. [b]Super upgrades[/b] Backstab Anyone who walks into the Void Strike bubble is given a drastic increase to ability recharge speed. Cross-section Instead of creating an AoE bubble, Void Strike's arrow now sends large columns of void light in four directions that severely damage any enemies in their path. Light in the Void An orb of light is now generated every time someone steps inside Void Strike's AoE bubble.

            • Theres a really simple super I would want to do.. but currently the AI in Destiny is not intelligent and interactive enough for it to be much fun... anyways, the super I would want would be some sort of gas. Something to make your enemies choke and cough and be unable to move well. Toss in something cool like an ignition supernal you have something good.
