It's not. This is exactly what a potential battle against 2 very good teams would like like. Nova bombs and golden guns popping bubbles while strikers and blade dancers get in to some cqc and all the whole defender titans spawning bubbles.
Is this match 1 sided? Absolutely but because thier opponents are completely unprepared, not working together, not feeding each other orbs, they just can't hang.
So mad props to the guys that figured this out. Maybe, just maybe there will be some teamwork going on now in pvp a bit. When I see an enemy super I always super if I can use mine to shut theirs down.
If you think this is cheating or an exploit you are everything that is wrong with this community and probably suck or have no friends to do this with.
I cant wait to do this and to hopefully run into it so I can record some epic super battles.

Literally more than a dozen counters to this strat are listed below by random forumers. This is not hard to beat and takes 2 coordinated supers. Keeping it down takes more teamwork and without the lead this strat is useless. Get gud kids.

Only way to nerf this is to nerf the titan in pvp. Let's not go there.

Apparently sunsingers feel left out of this strategy. If it helps create balance and define job roles simply let the sunsinger be the orb spawner and change the titan perk to generate orbs from kills inside the bubble vs just taking damage from the bubble.

Of course deej wouldn't bother commenting on any of my threads after the first one he commented it on lol Deej, what do you think about 2 teams of equal skill trying to gain this setup? We've listed ways to counter it. Why not give us time to actually try them ?

Constant supers is not what the devs intended, not hating but not the way I like my pvp either. I love the specials in pve but honestly wish there existed a lobby for guns only aka no specials

7 RepliesWelp, guess I won't be playing crucible for a while, mostly cause I can't be bothered to coordinate a team nor do i want to be on the receiving end of this. Have fun tho, no seriously, I still think it's jolly that someone took the time to plan and coordinate this strategy. If you're gonna try this I recommend Crest of Alpha Lupi for max orbs, or Helm of St 14 for Titans in case someone actually decides to charge you.

2 RepliesHaha yeah this awesome. It's most certainly not cheating, and most certainly not a problem with the whole thing. It's teamwork and a strategy! It's funny now a days that when someone thinks of a good strategy, it's considered cheating. Like how stupid can you be? Anyhow, if there were two teams like that clashing, both having good teamwork and a Strategy, God...that would be an amazing match.

1 Replythe problem is with how the game sets up matches, if you want to use this strategy against another 6 man fireteam with mics....fine go right ahead. However, you never get battles like that and you're going to be running this strategy against a random 6 man team with no mics and piss the hell out of them. If this catches on, it will force people out of PvP which is bad for the game.

1 ReplyThat was great ya it was a little one sided but still its not a glitch or anything bad its a legit strategy and with every strategy it has a weakness you just need to find it. In all honesty if this gets patched nerfed or removed in anyway bungie will have pissed me off for the first time. Im sure other people have done this but no one has posted it till now

A couple blade dancers with invisibility could probably do some dmg once the titans are targeted the rest of the team comes in to help clean up. Off the top of my head could work.

2 RepliesYes this is teamwork, but that fact that this is even possible was clearly an oversight by Bungie. This would not even be fun and would make many players rage quit and never play again. It should not be possible to keep your super up 100% of the time, that is why they are supers and they are all incredibly powerful. Anyone with the slightest amount of common sense would be able to figure this out.

It's not cheating or anything idiots are saying, it's just a team of 6 really good players who clearly play together all the time against 6 random players who aren't anywhere near their level either individually or as a team.

Their is no reliable way to counter this without taking a golden gun to the face before you get pretty much any of the so called "counters" off.
