I would use my Dragon's Breath more if the flare was a little bigger and hand pull to it. But I find the launcher poor compared to my Hunger of Crota. I also would rather have my exotic slot open for red death or Ice Breaker. The Dragon's Breath needs to be aimed so it isnt a quick fire on the run moving target launcher, if you have the time and can plan and aim your shots it is ok.
