when is a christmas noob no longer a Christmas noob?
Is it after their first raid?
Just to clarify I have had this game since release(a few weeks after) so I am not a Christmas noob.

Xmas Noob means that's when a person Started. That's like saying at some point a day one player will no longer be a day one player. An Xmas noob is always an xmas noob.
