I feel I'm pretty lenient on this- you need 3 things accmplished: Atleast lvl 31- vendor gear gets you to 31, and it only takes 3-4 weeks to have enough marks, experience, commendations and glimmer to own enough gear to be lvl 31. Complete all story missions and strikes, nightfall several different strikes, and atleast normal raid completions of each raid once. No rare weapons. If you don't have these aspects of destiny completed, you're definitely not trying or challenging yourself enough, or this game is not for you and you should opt for an easier game. The ONLY alternative is if you're a PVP ONLY player- these milestones don't apply and you should be considered a different type of destiny player, entirely.
